Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a form of business process outsourcing (BPO), where an employer outsources or transfers all, or part of, its recruitment activities to an external service provider. TalentPoint has been an RPO provider for ten years and has managed staffing operations and large recruitment campaigns for our corporate and government clients in this time.

TalentPoint RPO acts as a company's internal recruitment function for a portion, or all, of its jobs. Managing the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through to onboarding of the new hire, including staff, technology, method, and reporting. TalentPoint RPO will improve a company's time to hire, increase the quality of the candidate pool, provide verifiable metrics, reduce cost, and improve compliance.

The right solution is sometimes a mix of what we can offer, and utilisation of your own people and other suppliers, all collaborating to deliver the best results. However, we suggest that RPO is becoming widely accepted as the most effective approach to manage staffing requirements.
